Synopsis: Academy Award winner Kim Basinger stars as Jodie, a small-town girl with big-city dreams. Devoted to her boyfriend Kyle (Jan-Michael Vincent), a factory worker whose favorite pastimes are guzzling beer and playing pranks, Jodie feels the electric pull of exciting places beyond their community. When Jodie's friend Caroline (country music star Tanya Tucker) returns for a triumphant visit after hitting it big in Hollywood, Jodie's desire for a new life grows stronger than ever.
