Synopsis: Former UFC champion Rich Franklin makes his feature film debut in this futuristic actioner as Isaac, a death row inmate turned genetically engineered assassin who's just escaped from a secret government research facility and gone on the lam. Joined by Deputy Lindsay Rearden (Tiffani Thiessen), Isaac sets out to expose the controversial cyborg program and bring down the devious engineer behind it (Bruce Greenwood).
