Synopsis: Kevin (Todd Eric Andrews) is the new guy in town, and he's constantly being taunted by the bullies in his high school. But when they force him to drink some bright green fluid that they find in the science lab, the bullies have no idea what's in store for them. The tables are turned when Kevin is suddenly equipped with inexplicable powers -- and ready to unleash some suffering of his own.
