Synopsis: The high rent district of Valley Creek and the Creekside Apartments seem to be a Mecca for the young, beautiful people; those that can afford the plush life style provided by the apartments. It's an intimate setting and everyone knows his or her neighbor, some on more personal levels than others. But, the rent's gone up and its costing residents their lives!
