Synopsis: Yoko Noguchi is a beautiful and successful plastic surgeon with a very peculiar patient: a psychologically unbalanced woman named Yoshie. Yoshie begs Yoko to perform surgery on her when all the other surgeons refuse. Yoshie pleads with Yoko to give her the surgery and in return agrees to pay in full.
Yoko accepts the challenge. However, even after a very successful operation, Yoko knows no peace: the disturbed Yoshie continues to return to her, now deeply obsessed with her search for beauty. Never satisfied, she forces Yoko to enter her world of insecurity, insanity, morbid horror and pain...
