A former Miss America, LaPlanche gives a riveting performance as Nina. The distraught Nina consults a psychiatrist (Michael Hale) for relief from her nightmares, but her torment only grows worse as she becomes caught in a deadly web of deceit. Is she truly one of the living dead...capable of murder...or is she being framed?
