Synopsis: Strange things are happening at Pea Tree Apartments. An evil dwells there, feeding on the hate and selfishness of some of the residents. Other residents become the victims of the evil, which corrupts their souls before attacking their bodies. Soon, the screams of the mutilated emerge from every apartment and echo down every dark hallway. Dead bodies, torn apart, rest in gory heaps around every turn in the apartment building.
