Synopsis: In Brambles, Texas town Mayor Sampson Moses (Robert Vaughn) seeks the deed to property owned by a band of orphans led by Billy (Shaw Jones) and guarded by a mysterious ghost (Michael Roland). To acquire it he will go to any length. Caught in between is Lawyer Neil Morris (Willie Nelson) who is trying to negotiate a peaceful solution.
When the railroad company that plans on building to Brambles puts a deadline on Moses to acquire the land ant he precious water it contains, he ups the ante and calls in a professional gunslinger to get rid of Billy and his gang once and for all.
