Synopsis: Roberto, el hijo del legendario Charro Negro, regresa a la hacienda donde nacio despues de haberse ausentado durante 10 anos para estudiar en la capital del pais. Su llegada despierta el amor de una antigua novia de la infancia y la rivalidad de un pretendiente celoso que trata de poner en ridiculo a quien considera "uncatrin inofensivo". Roberto se defiende virilmente de las agresiones y el villano termina por raptar a la muchacha para conseguir sus favores. Roberto enfrenta su destino y usando el traje negro de su padre, rescata a la dama y pone en su lugar a los bandidos, resucitando la leyenda del Charro Negro, quien todos juran, regreso de la tumba para impartir justicia.
