Synopsis: Telly becomes a high-tech detective when a mysterious e-mail invites him to play a guessing game. With each new computer clue, he gets one step closer to discovering his mystery friend. Between clues, Elmo asks the musical question, "Where are Computers in Your Neighborhood?" and Cookie Monster takes a mega-bite out of a computer cookie.
