Synopsis: After serving five years of jail time because he wouldn't rat on him, Frank Scarvo (Danny Fendley) goes in search of Xavier Carbone (played by Joe Estevez, sound-alike brother of Martin Sheen). Even though Frank's silence resulted in imprisonment, Xavier had his girlfriend murdered and took his half a million dollars. Frank not only finds Xavier, but also encounters the captive daughter of someone who Xavier "does business with." Now it's up to Frank to get revenge and save the woman from the fate that his lover had met, even if it means he has to kill his way through the mobster's henchmen and biker gang.
