Synopsis: When Jack is assigned to the grisly triple murder of a young man and two beautiful young women, he finds the scene so horrifying that he makes a personal vow not to rest until the perpetrators are brought to justice. Disturbed by the other detectives lack of enthusiasm for the case, he pursues his own investigation. With no evidence, and his only lead coming from the psychic "vision" of one woman, Stewart follows his instincts and focuses on a cold-hearted maniac, who is known for boasting about his crimes.
