Synopsis: Subversive social comedy about an unemployed thirty-something schmo struggling to make sense of his own stunted life after the 1992 riots in Los Angeles. He spies with binoculars and obsessively watches video of the riots. But when no solution appears, his fragile sanity threatens to riot.
