Synopsis: A case of mistaken identity means that Tom Baker (David Tomlinson), Parliamentary Private Secretary to the First Sea Lord, is piped aboard HMS Sherwood as the new Captain. Calamity rules as the 'Captain' causes a right old carry-on.
