Synopsis: In a small New Zeland town, Lionel is forced to care for his domineering mother and finds the task a whole lot more demanding after she's bitten by the cursed Sumatran rat monkey. She gets sick and dies, at which time she comes back to life, killing and eating dogs, nurses, friends, and neighbors. and Lionel is sent spiraling into a ghoulish nightmare.
