Synopsis: Shakes the Clown is living a rather unfunny life: he drinks way too much, gets dumped by his bowling-enthusiast of a girlfriend, and, when a man at the clown agency turns up dead, Shakes becomes the prime suspect. Now he must go on the lam AND find a way to stop another, more freaky, clown from stealing his ex. At the time it came out, this movie was touted as "The Citizen Kane of alcoholic clown movies."
