Synopsis: On the popular radio show "Queen for a Day," the host solicits three stories from around the United States to see which underdogs deserve to have their dreams come true. The tale of Marjorie involves a child with a wild imagination but a recent polio diagnosis. Another features a teenager who must join a circus to raise money for college. And finally, a nanny is ridiculed by her rich employers and nicknamed "Horsie" because of her appearance.
