Synopsis: When a large comet fragment collides with the Earth, Dr James Mayfield discovers that the planet's magnetic poles have shifted by 10 degrees, with catastrophic consequences for the future of all mankind. With the lives of his beloved wife and teenage son on the line, the only way James can save his family - and the world - is to try to realign the Earth's axis with strategically placed nuclear weapons.
