Hired Gun, The
Gunman-for-hire Gil McCord gets an assignment to bring in a murderer to face trial. Surprisingly, the killer turns out to be lovely Ellen Beldon. Regardless, McCord is a professional and so captures her, prepared to hand her over. Accused of murdering her husband, Ellen vehemently insists that she is not the killer. After some initial resistance, McCord buys her story and the two go on a hunt to bring the real assassin to justice.
