Synopsis: When ranch boss Lucky Langham dies, his right-hand man, Gene, is named executor of his estate. Gene soon learns that, among other responsibilities, he must make sure that Langham's daughter, Cody, marries a decent and respectable man. When Gene won't let her marry Cummings, a shady businessman with eyes on her inheritance, Cummings puts a bounty on Gene's head. Cody's attempts to settle matters only get herself and Gene in trouble.
