Ambassador Bill
When the king of Sylvania abruptly abdicates the throne, the sneaky prime minister starts running the country from the shadows. Amid the chaos, Ambassador Bill Harper from the United States arrives, at which point he becomes friends with Paul, the absent king's 8-year-old son. While Bill is hoping to establish commercial relations with the Balkan nation, both the prime minister and another American diplomat try to prevent this.
