Synopsis: After receiving a small inheritance, sisters Pam, Moira and Liz Charters leave their farm and travel to California in search of wealthy husbands. Moira falls in love with a bartender. But, pretending to be rich, Pam lures aristocratic Van Dam Smith and Liz finds rancher Steve Harrington. Pam and Liz accompany Van and Steve to Steve's ranch, where they learn that they aren't the only charlatans.
