Synopsis: A frumpy housewife, Katherine "Kitty" Brown waits hand and foot on her narcissistic husband, Bob. When Kitty finds out about her spouse's infidelity, however, she leaves him and begins a new life as a much more glamorous and carefree woman. Eventually, she enters the social scene of the wealthy Mrs. Bouccicault, which leads Kitty to a surprising reunion with her ex-husband, who now finds her very intriguing.
