Dangerous Profession, A

Synopsis: Bail bondsman Vince Kane gets dragged into a robbery and murder case centered on stockbroker Claude Brackett, whose wife, Lucy, happens to be Vince's ex-girlfriend. When the meek Brackett jumps his bail and ends up dead, mysterious lawyer Matthew Dawson and con man Max Collins start pressuring Vince and his mentor, Joe Farley, to drop their investigation of the robbery and murder.
