Synopsis: Returning to television screens in 1976 after a 7-year absence, the implacable Steed (Patrick Macnee) and Purdey (Joanna Lumley, who replaced Diana Rigg's character, Mrs. Peel, from the original series) resurface to do battle with the criminal underclass in Britain and beyond. Prepare for some exceedingly wry wordplay, emanating from some very stiff British upper lips.
