Synopsis: Alex Chivescu (Jared Abrahamson) dreams of attending Harvard, but when his single-mother, Ileana (Kim Delaney), becomes unable to care for him, his life changes forever. Placed in a string of foster homes, Alex overcomes each obstacle in his path. Undeterred from his goal, he ultimately fins a new family to provide the love and guidance for his dreams to become a reality.
