Synopsis: Busy realtor Julie Sterling is encouraged by her boss to do some community service and volunteer as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts. Being so focused on her career, Julie couldn't be more ill-fitted for the job, but her priorities start to change as she forges a friendship with a misfit youth group desperately in need of some self-confidence. Her scouts teach her to enjoy what's important in life, and Julie instills in the girls a sense of pride, self-esteem and friendship. As a new and improved Julie Sterling emerges, she takes on the challenge to win her troop top honors a trip to The Rose Bowl parade to ride on the Girl Scout centennial float.
