Synopsis: Detective Carrie Bliss is a cop in crisis. She's beautiful and capable, but recovering from the recent split with her husband whom she sees in the squad room every day. With a boss who doesn't like her, Carrie charges forward and demands to head the investigation of the department's toughest case... a maniacal serial killer who leaves his female victims drained of blood.
