Synopsis: Travis Sullivan (Gere) is a wealthy Dallas gynecologist whose wife Kate (Fawcett) is committed to a mental institution and whose daughter (Hunt) is planning on going through with her approaching wedding despite her well-known status as a lesbian. Sullivan tries to keep his wits about him and maintain his medical practice in the face of such chaos in this comedic drama directed by Robert Altman (“Gosford Parkâ€).
