Synopsis: Meet the Hot Dogs...they're honest cops led by the dashing "Captain Clean" (Harry Reems). They took vice off the street...and brought it to the bedroom! Captain Clean is not so popular with his vice cops who hire a beautiful lady to try to frame him into a forced retirement.
