Synopsis: This trip will be one that Brenda (Angela Bassett) will remember forever. After struggling for years to make ends meet, Brenda is suddenly laid off from her job. She begins losing hope for the first time ever when a letter arrives announcing the death of the father she never knew. Desperate for help, Brenda takes her three children to Georgia to attend the funeral and meet the Browns, her dad's crass, fun-loving clan. Now, the people she never met before in her life are about to become the family she won't be able to live without in this heartwarming family comedy-drama from writer/director Tyler Perry.
