Synopsis: A grisly car accident stole her voice. Illness is claiming her sister. In hopes of restoring her sister's spirits, she offers her a beautiful black wig - unknowing of the pure evil that lies inside. As the vengeful hairpiece terrorizes her frail sister, together they are pushed to unspeakable acts of violence.
