Synopsis: Samy Goldstein is a jewish TV screenplay writer, about to turn 40. Samy spends his days between the frustration of never achieving his goals as a writer, a girlfriend that doesn't pay attention to him, a divorced sister that keeps asking money from him, his boss that keeps him on his toes and an "Idishe Mame", with all that implies. One day he meets Mary, and Samy starts to believe his fate may be changins. Though he's not sure if it's for better or for worse!
