Falls, The Synopsis: Sitting in a seedy, smoke-filled dive, a bruised and battered David Marx (David Tully) recounts a twisted tale of passion, betrayal and murder set against the gritty urban landscape of Buffalo, New York, and the treacherous waters of Niagara Falls.
