Great Adventure, The

Synopsis: After the death of his father, Jim (Fred Romer) is left in the wilderness alone trying to reach civilization. After rescuing a wild dog from a hunter's trap, the two form an eternal bond of friendship. Eventually they reach Dawson City, but find out that the town is run by gold-hungry William Bates (Jack Palance), who has bullied the townspeople out of their gold and dignity. With the help of beautiful, Miss Sonya (Joan Collins), they devise a plan to stop Bates and to restore law and order to the frontier.
