Synopsis: Nearly destroyed by violent earthquakes and germ warfare, society struggles on under the rule of a ruthless paramilitary government that suppresses all free thought to maintain its stranglehold of power. Few are brave or foolish enough to stand up against the vicious leader, Quinn (John Saxon); only roving adventurer Willie (Jay Roberts, Jr.) and a band of die-hard rebels fight for the weak and oppressed.
