Synopsis: Ekin Cheng (The Storm Riders, The Duel) leads an all-star cast that includes Stephen Fung (House of Fury) and Shaw Brothers veteran Ti Lung (A Better Tomorrow 1 and 2) in this slick and stylish cops-and-gangsters action thriller. Hong Kong police superintendent Sung (Alex Fong from One Nite in Mongkok) and his Special Task Force has just one mission--to capture Yip Chow (Cheng), the legendary triad leader planning a major comeback after spending 8 years in a Thai prison, and his aggressive, ambitious apprentice (Fung) who is organizing his own secret revolt against his mentor.
