Synopsis: Hatley High is not your typical high school and it's legendary sports team, the Knights, are not your typical jocks. They are the finest, toughest, and most feared players of chess! When new kid Tommy (Nicolas Wright) arrives, his chess-playing skills threaten to upstage team captain Shaun and end up catching the eye of head cheerleader Hyacinthe (Rachelle Lefevre). With the Russian team arriving for the match of the century, can the Knights pull it together to defend their legendary reputation? Not your typical teen movie, Hatley High is a hilarious, touching story of true love and high-stakes chess set in a small town full of surprises.
