Synopsis: As Eric Chase says goodbye to high school and prepares for college he has only one thing on his mind-a relaxing summer working on his karate skills and hanging by the pool with his girlfriends. But his slow paced summer quickly turns into a call for bodyguards when an unscrupulous developer and his gang infiltrate the neighborhood determined to destroy it. Now, Eric must use all his fighting skills to protect his girlfriend and save his neighborhood!
