Deleted Scene:

On the Engament episode menu, highlight "Deleted Scenes" and press your right button. A ring will appear. Press your Enter button for an extra deleted scene at the movie theatre.

Interviews:

Disc 2: Select episodes and then choose set up. Press down twice to highlight Elaine's lost button and press OK to access "Hey, aren't you..."

Bonus Feature:

On Disc 2, go to episodes and highlight "The Caddy" episode. Click either down or left to highlight a little silver thing and click it to see a 10-minute long, literally, segment on how the cast was spotted (during the show and after syndication) in public.
