Disc 2: From the Main Menu select "Production Workshop". Now select "Visual Effects". Move to the "Progress Reports" entry and press [Right] then [Up]. You should now have a 'Vampire Glyph' revealed. Select it to see Guillermo Del Toro in some Outtakes with an Adult Toy in hand.
