On disk 2 press right and a red button should appear on the opposite side of the building to the standard menu items. Press enter to see the roof of the Nakatomi building explode and the words "There goes Fox Home Entertainment!"
On disk 2 go to 'From The Vault', then 'Outtakes', then 'The Vault'. Now highlight 'Production Audio Only' and press up on your remote. This will highlight a gun. Press enter on your remote to watch scenes from the movie with music only.
