Synopsis: Rodgers & Hammerstein's Academy Award-winning "South Pacific" is a towering musical masterpiece and the tender love story of a naive young Navy nurse (Mitzi Gaynor) and an older French plantation owner (Rossano Brazzi) on a U.S.-occupied South Sea Island.
