Synopsis: Suspense reaches the darkest depths when a U.S. submarine equipped with nuclear weapons is overtaken by its own deranged commander (Oscar-nominee Eric Roberts) on a personal mission of worldwide terror. With a madman at the helm and a band of mercenaries at his command, only two of the sub's original crew are left on board to prevent shock waves of destruction and death around the globe.
