Synopsis: The start of a new "R-Rated" reality show brings together a group of sexy young contestants and an unlikely production crew to Pirates Island. The cameras roll and the steamy footage racks up, but the creation of this hot new series soon becomes a bloody nightmare. The whole crew finds out the island's dark secret the hard way.
